Erin Gallagher
Erin Gallagher is originally from coastal Canterbury and moved to Tāhuna/Queenstown in 2021. Her primary work lies in vegetation ecology, allowing her to explore interesting natural areas across the Southland and Otago region. Erin has always been creative though it was not until moving south she had time to take her art further.
Working primarily in the medium of oil and acrylic paint, Erin is also known to work with watercolour paint, cyanotype processing and collage from time to time. Constantly inspired by her beautiful surroundings she continues to explore the South Island from the mountains to the sea.
Still finding her style, Erin is enjoying the learning process that comes with every piece of artwork. She is grateful to dedicate more time to this pathway and is thankful for all her family and friends who have supported her so far.
