It’s time to let your creativity flow.
In our upcoming exhibition Lost in Hue, we invite you to delve deep into your imagination, exploring the limitless possibilities of form, emotion, and personal expression. Whether you interpret the theme through colour, texture, or concept, this exhibition is a chance to share your unique artistic voice.
We welcome all QAS members to submit their work and be part of this dynamic showcase that celebrates the richness of diverse interpretations.

OVERVIEW
○ The ‘FOUND IN HUE” Prize, selected by QAS Committee, is up for grabs. The winner will receive a stunning handcrafted medal designed by local jeweller Jade Hardy, featuring a beautiful 4-carat cut gem faceted by Hugh McLeod. This one-of-a-kind piece, valued at approximately $600, reflects the craftsmanship and artistry of two of our talented local creators.
A special thank you to Jade and Hugh for generously sponsoring this incredible prize!
○ $20 entry fee for QAS Members submitting up to 2 artworks (limited to one entry per person).
○ Open to all members. Non-members need to join before or on entering.

○ Enter for up to 2 artworks. (All works need labels – see note 8. in Entry Conditions.)
○ Artworks cannot have been shown in any QAS exhibition in the last 2 years.
○ Any works for sale have 30% commission off the wall price if sold. Artist sets the wall price and this is the price written on the work at time of receiving it for the exhibition – for more information see note 27 below in Entry Conditions.
○ Unframed work and prints are welcome, please check allowed size. See note 14 below in Entry Conditions about presentation of these pieces.

1) Check if your QAS Membership is up to date*
*The membership is valid for a year since your purchase. Check your last membership purchase email confirmation or log in to the client account on our website. You need to create a new account if you don’t have one yet.
2) Pay an entry fee
Entry fee is $20, it allows a member to submit up to 2 artworks. Limit one entry per person.
3) Pay for your cart
Once you've added the entry fee to your cart, the cart icon should appear on the bottom-right corner of the page (it looks like the one highlighted in the red square below).
Click the shopping cart icon to proceed to the checkout page.
Complete your payment as directed.
Once your payment is successful, scroll down to fill out the entry form below.
4) Fill out and submit entry form
Official entry form is the only way to submit.
If you need to apply for oversized or digital media artworks submission, please get in touch by 19th October (at least one week prior to entries closing) at hello@queenstownartsociety.co.nz.

2) Pay an entry fee (and then follow steps 3 and 4)

"Thank you for your entry! We have successfully recorded your form submission. You will receive an automated confirmation email from Google Forms shortly. One of our volunteers will also contact you directly in the coming days to confirm your submission."
