As the frost blankets the ground and winter's breath whispers in the air, we invite artists of all levels to join us in crafting the enchanting 'Winter Tale' exhibition at Te Atamira.
The gallery space awaits, ready to embrace your visual tales and showcase the diverse narratives of our local and regional creative community. Whether through painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, or beyond, your art has a place here, and we're here to offer guidance every step of the way.
Entries close by 10 pm Friday 21 June 2024
Opening night 5:30-7pm Thursday 27 June 2024

Work to be picked up: Saturday 3 August 10 am-12 am

OVERVIEW
○ The ‘Warmest Tale’ Prize, selected by QAS Committee is up for grabs.
○ $20 entry fee for QAS Members submitting up to 2 artworks
○ Open to all members. Non-members need to join before or on entering.

○ Enter for up to 2 artworks. (All works need labels – see note 8. in Entry Conditions.)
○ Artworks cannot have been shown in a QAS exhibition in the last 2 years.
○ Any works for sale have 30% commission off the wall price if sold. Artist sets the wall price and this is the price written on the work at time of receiving it for the exhibition – for more information see note 27 below in Entry Conditions.
○ Unframed work and prints are welcome, please check allowed size. See note 14 below in Entry Conditions about presentation of these pieces.

CURRENT QAS MEMBERS
1) Check if your QAS Membership is up to date
The membership is valid for a year since your purchase. Check your email confirmation or log in to the client account on our website.
2) Pay an entry fee
Entry fee is $20, it allows a member to submit up to 2 artworks.
3) Pay for your cart
Please pay now - click the shopping cart icon to your right to go to checkout and after purchase go to the entry form below.
4) Fill out and submit entry form
Official entry form is the only way to submit - please fill the entry form here.
If you need to apply for oversized or digital media artworks submission, please get in touch at least one week prior to entries closing at hello@queenstownartsociety.co.nz.

2) Pay an entry fee
Entry fee is $20, it allows a member to submit up to 2 artworks. Limit one entry per person.

After successful submission you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Artworks must be delivered in person: Sunday 23 June 2-5pm, Monday 24 June 9-10am
